Actief Werkt! is a mid-size employment agency focused on temporary industry workers, cleaners and logistics staff. It’s the outcome of two employment agencies, Tence and Actiefgroep Belgium, joining their forces to move on as one.
A new company requires a new brand positioning and core values:
Persoonlijk. (Personal)
Dichtbij. (Close/Nearby)
Doen. (Do/to do)
We've created a new brand identity that fits these core values. These core values are based on personal connections which are reflected throughout the whole identity by using real temporary workers and employees and a straight forward tone-of-voice.

Employer branding
Within the field of temporary employment agencies Actief Werkt! is considered a fast-growing business, but at the same time (as a result of a the merger) relatively unknown. Therefore we deployed the Werkenbij subsite, where employees tell real stories from the work floor. Attractiveness increased and showed a distinctive work culture that boosted the number of applications.



Results:
The overall brand awareness of Actief Werkt! increased and showed a boost in numbers of new applicants, both for temporary workers and employment agents. Resulting in becoming a certified ‘Great Place to Work’ and ending up on the secondplace in 2018 and thirdplace in 2019 place for ‘Great Place to Work’
